High Speed Internet Access in ALL Rooms. Show Rules: This is a non-vetted show. All cats and kittens should be immunized against feline rhinotracheitis, calici, and panleukopenia at least 21 days prior to the show. Cats showing signs of earmites, fungus or any illness will not be permitted in the show hall. Please clip your cat's claws -- front and back. This cat show is sanctioned by The International Cat Association and is subject to their Show Rules and Breed Standards (available from the TICA Executive Office, P.O. Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551, or posted on the TICA website). By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the Show Committee and Judges. Benching This is a Bring Your Own Cage Show. If you do not have your own cage, some wire cages will be available for rental at a cost of $20 per cage (includes both halves). Only those needing special benching will be assigned benching: clerks, handicapped exhibitors, etc. Show Hours Check-in is 7:30am to 8:30am, Judging will start at 8:30am. Exhibitors may not leave the show hall before the end of the posted hours without the express permission of the show committee. Services Litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and bowls. Smoking is not permitted in the show hall. Airport If you are flying, you should fly into Beaumont/Port Arthur (BPT). Driving directions and a map will be mailed with entry confirmation. Clerks If you are interested in clerking, please indicate so on the summary form. Clerks will be provided lunch and a fully marked catalog. Registration Pedigreed cats and household pets may be shown in TICA with a pending registration number. Points may be claimed after the registration number is assigned, but only for the first show where the cat didn't have a registration number in the catalog. Subsequent shows without a registration number will not be scored. All Korats (kittens, cats, alters) AND ALL Provisional New Breed, Advanced New Breed and New Trait entries must be TICA registered to be shown. By entering this show, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the Show Committee and Judges. Gold Triangle Cat Fanciers, TICA, and the Beaumont Civic Center will be held harmless for any damages, claims, losses, etc. of/to the exhibitor, his/her entries and/or personal property. Parents are expected to control their children.
